Construction begins January 2010 on the NEW Exit35 I-77

Brawley School Road, Mooresville NC

Not only is Brawley School Road being widened to 4 lanes….but it is also getting a brand new interchange! This is all being done to relieve the daily rush hour traffic on Brawley School Road, and to relieve about 68,000 cars per day that currently use Exits 33 & 36. Construction begins in Janaury 2010!

In addition to easing the traffic flow, this presents a great opportunity for commercial development and investment. As there will be a median running the length of Brawley School Road to Williamson Road, most access will be right in/right out. Also, a number of the properties right on Brawley School will not be allowed direct access (which would clog up traffic). Inconvenient access does have an effect on business.
